Plug 'N Pay
Plug n' Pay allows
you to accept, verify, process and manage online payment transactions including
all major credit cards, online cash transfers and electronic
checks.
Plug 'n Pay's robust DirectLink payment gateway enables
real-time, secure (40/128 bit encryption) credit card verification through our
proprietary software and certified private gateways to most major credit card
processors. Our gateway also enables electronic check transfers.
Real
Time sales tax calculation at the State, County and City level is available
with our partnership with eSalesTax.Com and their CertiTAX product suite.
The CertiTAX product suite ensures you have everything you need for
processing taxes. Contact then and for no obligation, you may enroll and try it
out. You will always be online with the applicable up-to-date sales-tax tables
and sales-tax laws. They calculate any and all applicable taxes or tax
exemptions on a given sale (real time).
Plug n' Pay offers DirectLink in
two flavors, DirectLink HTML and DirectLink API, offering flexible integration
meeting the needs of small and large merchants.
DirectLink
HTML
This is ideal for merchants that do not want to go through
the expense of setting up their own secure server to collect customers billing
information. Our exclusive online Installation Wizard automatically generates
the necessary DirectLink HTML code to add "Quantity" and "Order" button(s) to
your site.
DirectLink HTML includes SmartScreens payment collection
screens. Simple to integrate, easy for customers to use, SmartScreens are fully
customizable with your logo, colors and font.
SmartScreens encourage
order completion by detecting common input errors on your customer's part,
never requiring the customer to "hit the back button." SmartScreens also serve
as virtual cash registers by accurately calculating total purchase price with
all your required tax and shipping rates by zone!
With DirectLink HTML,
you have all the tools necessary to get your store online and effectively
manage your transactions. Through use of our powerful online merchant

Plug 'n Pay offers 24 hour access to all transaction
information and since Plug 'n Pay’s database captures transaction data in
real-time, all reports provide an accurate reflection of account activity. In
addition, this secure browser-based reporting tool allows searching and sorting
by multiple points including, date, credit card, order number, reference number
and SKU. A number of other value added features are also included;

Directlink API
This is ideal for
merchants that have their own secure server and will collect billing
information within their own domain. A small executable application for
installation on your secure server, DirectLink API establishes an encrypted
connection to Plug 'n Pay payment servers for instant credit card and eCheck
transactions from any web site. Since it runs on your systems, all information
is collected from your secure server, formatted and passed to our payment
servers for approval directly from your merchant bank processor. DirectLink API
is easily integrated by experienced technicians into any custom commerce
software application. Available in PERL, Java, Com Object and many other forms
for most popular server software platforms.
DirectLink API comes
complete with all the added value tools included with DirectLink Html.
FraudTrak2 Chargeback
Protection
FraudTrak2 Chargeback Protection Supports CVV(II)!!* There
are infrequent, although sometimes persistent attempts to defraud our valued
client base. Plug n' Pay has developed a real-time testing routine to guard
against these attacks, and report the results of these tests to the merchant on
every transaction for follow-up prior to fulfillment consummation. Optionally,
these charges can be approved or declined automatically based upon the
following user-defined parameters.
This is a multi-layered routine to
notify the merchant of any suspicious transaction and/or to limit the region of
distribution of products. FraudTrak2 is available with a small added charge for
any merchant using our DirectLink Plus real-time transaction management program
(basic FraudTrak is free).
FraudTrak2 also enables you to limit
shipment of goods to the countries, states and/or other regions of your choice.
(For example, some software cannot be distributed outside the U.S. without
appropriate export arrangements.) Also, certain countries, due to a high
incidence of fraud, may be necessary to exclude.
Address Verification
System (A.V.S.) is a part of our basic FraudTrak which is available at no
additional cost. Plug n' Pay supports this widely-used system to verify that
the billing addresses and zip-codes your customers enter are identical to the
ones on their bank records. They offer merchants a choice of six levels of
protection:
Level 0- Allow All Transactions
Level 1- Allow
International (No AVS)
Level 2- (Reserved For Special Requests)
Level 3-
Require Zip Code Match Only
Level 4- Require Address Match Only
Level 5-
Zip & Address Must Match (No International)
Level 6- Zip & Address
Must Match (International O.K.)
This is a program to instantly deliver electronic
files and charge fees for the viewing or download of these files. Ideal for
information sources, authors, bookstores and software vendors-anything that can
be put online for immediate download. Here's how it works:
Customer
enters site and selects product(s) for download.
Plug 'n Pay creates a
secure payment screen and collects billing information.
Upon successful
credit card authorization, Payload Delivery creates "vanishing URLs" for the
download.
These URLs may be bookmarkable or non-bookmarkable at the
merchant's option.
Customer is allowed access to these URLs for a
suitable period of time and completes download.
PnP verifies that the
document has been successfully transferred to customer.
"Vanishing
URLs" vanish allowing no further access to the files after a specified period
of time, typically 2 hours.
Suitable document formats include, but are
not limited to: ASCII Text Files (.txt), Adobe® Portable Document Files
(.pdf), Compressed Files (.zip, .tar, .hqx), Multimedia (.mov, .mpg, .avi,
.ram), Microsoft Word & Excel Documents (.doc, .xls), Database Files,
PowerPoint Presentations (.ppt).
