Using the Hosting Reseller Manager

Logging into the Hosting Reseller Manager
Step 1 - Log into the Manager with your assigned user id and password
Step 2 - Select the VMS Manager feature
Step 3 - Hosting Reseller Main Menu is Displayed
Step 4 - The "Switch To" field shows you all the domains under your Hosting Reseller Account

Adding a Domain to your Hosting Reseller Manager
Step 1 - Create the DNS Entry for the new Domain
Step 2 - Log into the Hosting Reseller Manager (see "Logging into Hosting Reseller Manager" above)
Step 3 - Select the Add Domain tab
Step 4 - Enter the Domain you wish to add
Step 5 - Enter the Password for this Domain
Step 6 - Select the "Add Domain" button. Your new Domain has now been added

Adding and Deleting Email Accounts For a Hosting Reseller Domain
All domains managed by the Hosting Reseller package have a minimum of five email accounts. There are additional floater email accounts that can be distributed among the domains.
Step 1 - Log into the Hosting Reseller Manager (see "Logging into Hosting Reseller Manager" above)
Step 2 - Select the Mailbox tab
Step 3 - Select the domain for which you wish to add/delete email accounts
Step 4 - To add or delete email accounts, enter the new number of floater email accounts for the specified domain in the "Mailboxes" field
Step 5 - Click the "Set" button

Adding and Removing Applications for a Hosting Reseller Domain
Step 1 - Log into the Hosting Reseller Manager (see "Logging into Hosting Reseller Manager" above)
Step 2 - Select the "Apps" tab
Step 3 - A list of all available domains currently under the Reseller Hosting package will appear. Select the domain for which you wish to add or remove applications.
Step 4 - Click the "Switch To" button. The current listing of available applications for the specified domain will appear.
Step 5 - Modify the list of applications available to the specified domain by selecting the corresponding checkboxes
Step 6 - Click the "Save Changes" button. The new applications for the domain have now been enabled.

Changing the Password of a Hosting Reseller Domain
Step 1 - Log into the Hosting Reseller Manager (see "Logging into Hosting Reseller Manager" above)
Step 2 - Select the "Passwords" tab
Step 3 - Select the domain you wish to modify a password for
Step 4 - Enter in the new password in the "Domain Password" field
Step 5 - Select the "Update Password" button. The password has now been updated.

Setting Forwarding for a Hosting Reseller Domain
Step 1 - Log into the Hosting Reseller Manager (see "Logging into Hosting Reseller Manager" above)
Step 2 - A list of all available domains currently under the Hosting Reseller package will appear. Select the domain for which you wish to set forwarding for
Step 3 - Click the "Switch To" button
Step 4 - Select the "Forwarding" tab
Step 5 - Notice that forwarding is currently disabled
Step 6 - Select the "Enable" radio button
Step 7 - Enter the URL of the domain you want to forward this domain to
Step 8 - Click the "Apply" button. Forwarding has now been enabled for the specified domain.

Changing the Master Password of a Hosting Reseller Account
Step 1 - Log into the Hosting Reseller Manager (see "Logging into Hosting Reseller Manager" above)
Step 2 - Select the "Passwords" tab
Step 3 - Enter in the current master password you are using in the "Current Root Password" field
Step 4 - Enter in the new master password you would like to use in the "New Root Password" field
Step 5 - Enter the new master password again in the "Confirm Root Password" field
Step 6 - Click the "Update Root Password" button. Your Root password is now updated.

Switching Between Domains in a Hosting Reseller Account
Step 1 - Log into the Hosting Reseller Manager (see "Logging into Hosting Reseller Manager" above)
Step 2 - A list of all available domains currently under the Hosting Reseller package will appear. Select the domain for which you wish to work with.
Step 3 - Click the "Switch To" button
